Advertise / Blogging for Charity

We are blogging for charity, but only if we can get help from you. Half of the proceeds from advertising go to charity. That’s where you come in.

Advertising in The Butter Room is simple and valuable. We have international reach, but also receive the most visits from our home in Virginia.

200x200 ads are available in the right column of The Butter Room. The ad will randomly rotate with other banners on all pages of The Butter Room.

All advertisers receive weekly reports via email, which will provide impression and click-through data from the previous week.

Advertisers must supply the creative as either a transparent .png, .gif, animated gif, or jpg. If you cannot supply the creative asset, then we can design it for an additional charge.

Best of all, 50% of all ad proceeds go to charity. More information about the charities we are supporting is below.

Please email thebutterroom [at] gmail [dot] com to start advertising.

Our charities

As an advertiser of The Butter Room, half of the proceeds will go to one of several charities that we are supporting in 2008. Each resident writer has selected one of the charities. More info about each one is below.
